Biography Barbara Heil-Sonneck

Barbara Heil-Sonneck’s career in international operations, sales and marketing management spanned more than 25 years. She managed start-ups and re-organizations and has experience in direct marketing, call center, CRM, change management and process- implementation program management. She has acquired global working know-how in a multi-cultural business environment working in Europe, North America and Asia Pacific.

In 2002, she started her real-estate investment business as a second career while still working as an executive for an international Fortune 500 corporation. Finding her passion in real-estate investing, Barbara quit her 9-to-5 job and focused on rehabbing houses in need of some serious “TLC” as well as spending more time with her family. A strong believer in decorating and staging her properties, Barbara co-founded another company, Design2Sell, LLC a full-service home-improvement business in Atlanta that helps home sellers upgrade their properties with proven features that sell by adding beauty within a budget.

Barbara is a member of the board of directors of the charitable foundation The Fuller Center for Housing of Greater Atlanta. She also provides her expertise to coach other women who are seeking a future in real-estate investing and are looking for guidance while getting started. Finally, as a mentor of SCORE (www.score.org), she gives back to the community by helping beginning entrepreneurs start their own businesses.
