Biography S.A. Philipp

Since 1984, S.A. Philipp has worked in Europe and North America in the fields of marketing, promotion, public relations, advertising and journalism, primarily in the media and travel and tourism industry. She has extensively traveled Europe, North America and the Caribbean. She has written many business and consumer-related travel articles, a travel book and contributed to various travel guides.Burned out from writing and ready to take a creative break, S.A. started the new century by allowing her entrepreneurial skills to take over. She ventured into real-estate investing where she focused on developing a self-propelled passive-income business. She worked it from the ground up, getting dirty doing her own rehab work all the way to the truly passive investment of warehouse conversion and mixed-use development with trusted partners.

Now, with her passive-income real-estate investment train well on its way, S.A. is once again using her writing skills. She is developing a series of business books while managing her husband’s international artist career.

Travel is still a passion for S.A. Philipp, but this time around only for her personal pleasure. Her happiest moments are the times she spends with her husband and dogs, hiking the mountains on both sides of the Atlantic and reflecting upon the magic of nature and the power of the collective universal spirit.
